Sentry strives to implement maintenance programs that will maximize appearance and minimize cost. Sentry will initiate programs with the current budget and associations’ needs in mind. The property managers will perform routine site inspections to review the property.

A Skilled Team
Maintenance is handled by a staff of over twelve trade personnel of various disciplines supervised by a manager. They handle service and maintenance requests which are communicated in writing by Property Managers. Their hours are charged directly to properties being serviced via weekly time cards.

Quality Control
Sentry’s maintenance crews are subdivided by task according to specialization of talent (i.e. tenant facility repair, building maintenance, systems maintenance, parking control). Sentry’s maintenance shops are fully equipped for any job from the most simple repair to a full tenant "fit­up". Under the watchful eye of the Project Maintenance Manager, quality control is maintained as well as efficiency.

Property Improvements
Because Sentry represents years of experience, you will benefit from sage advice on distributing extra revenues. Sentry will let you know when it is necessary to make capital improvements on the properties on a weekly and monthly basis. Sentry will also be alert to budgetary constraints. As the real estate market experiences constant change, Sentry meets the task of efficiently managing a multitude of square footage by continuously formulating new, innovative techniques, affording ownership the necessary edge to be successful in today's highly competitive market.
